It's a hassle dealing with people but to save on fees, FB Marketplace or Gumtree - Quick sale $900. I also think most people would prefer to pick up an item such as this rather than it go through the post, due to fact that the box may potentially get damaged.

I have absolutely no idea, I'm certainly no lego expert. I just use Ebay's sold listings data as a useful tool to get a feel for what people are paying for different things.

LEGO usually increases in value once the set is retired, in this case, December 2026.
November 2021 to December 2026 would generally be seen as a large manufacturing window, so it may mean it's been a popular seller.

Like anything I suppose, once they're not making them anymore and if there is demand, the price should rise.
