There shold be a special law that says these type of bastards should have their hands smashed with a Ball Pien Hammer if found guilty of illegaly using clients funds. Not continue the current practice of them ruining peoples lives, destroying peoples life savings, then putting them in jail for a very short period of time,but they still keep thier fortunes and thier yachts, and then they start a new company and do it all again.

Agreed. "Common practise" or "standard operating procedure". However, when one of the guys (ie: MF Global) goes belly up, then its also standard procedure to pretend to be surprised by this practise. Hang out with thieves, and then pretend(?) to be surprised when your pocket is picked :/
