Bail-In provisions coming to a bank near you?

According to my reading, this article gives an outline of the potential for bail-in processes to be ratified in the Australian budget, would be interesting to hear other's opinions on this (and apologies if this has been posted elsewhere, if it has, I was unable to find it).

I think it should make customers more conscious of where they are putting their money. But the sad thing is most Australians won't know about this until it's too late
