fracking shale is a completely different process to fracking coal seams, do some reading on it.
And so they should have been able to. I didn't say what type of fracking..^^^^The point is that the Canadians had laws passed forbidding any type of fracking under the St Lawrence River yet a US corporation tooK them to the ISDS, NEVER DID ANY FRACKING and collected millions of dollars in damages.
