Average Cost per ouce

I am making a new spread sheet that has numi's in a seperate sheet and gives me the average cost with and without them included

I am also trying to seperate the different kinds on bullion so I get a tally of then ( using the sumif function as pointed out above )

so far it is comming along quite nicely

in my book numis has nothing to do with dollar cost average...they are there to look at them and admire and then flip them on feebay

with bullion, bars and coins are 2 different stories

Court Jester.........Don't forget most importantly you will be maintaining this spreadsheet for 30 or so years due to the perma bear statements you constantly spew out regarding price and where it may be in the future so who knows what you will be using in 30 years time to record and maintain your dca?

Will Microsoft still be around in 30yrs?
Maybe, maybe not... Error - 'Excel caused an unspecified error in 3D holographic graphing function'

it was 20 years and that was until we wee a stable 50+

I will hopefully still have some silver then but if technology changes I will change with it.

I use a simple Open Office Spreadsheet and have it all noted with an average cost per ounce shown with the totals.
Coins, bars all in the same spreadsheet as I only need to know the true weight and what it cost me (per ounce or per kg)
because when the SHTF it's going to go for spot as a minimum. Anything else such as silver coins (numis) is a bonus.

I keep separate spreadsheets for normal (non-silver) numismatics and sterling silver.
