Why does a venture capital company need to go down the cryptocurrency path? They want to invest in green tech to help solve the world's problems and that's fair enough, everyone loves koalas, they're cuddly and tasty, but what problems do VC firms generally encounter in the legacy financial system which Grove hopes to solve by turning to cryptos?

The answer that first comes to my mind is funding sources. A new generation of environmentally conscious investors looking to earn income from opportunities aligned with their values. Clickbait.

The restrictions on ownership and transactions are a concern to me as well.
