I haven't read anything lately from them to confirm that but I haven't kept up to date. Lowe appears more cautious than his foreign counterparts still relying on the "data as it comes to hand" line , the 2 quarters of "inflation above expectations " line hasn't featured lately but I'm taking the position that Lowe will be more difficult to move than Powell was.
