Can you provide a bit more info about the $100 note please, specifically does it actually say "999" on it? Do you know who made it? And does it come with a COA or anything? Where did you purchase it from?

Yes it has .9999 fine silver on the right hand side on the back
It is a release from Franklin Mint I think
I have no reason to think it is not genuine
