Not to rave on anymore but dealt with all of you and all trades mutually beneficial...ruling is bid from agstalker allowed and any further until parties satisfied. All Lots now have free express and sod included in original price, this counters increased $ price
 
Lot 3...Up to The two parties involved, since its an amateur auction and last one i'll be holding for awhile, how bout we flip a coin..As gentlemen? Heads or Tales? Otherwise any $ further difference ive made up myself through offer of free express for every lot so everyone benefits.
 
This was my mistake and failing and any further auctions will have openended bidding in the future. Cheers
