Because of all the offers I've been getting, I've decided to turn this into an auction.

Melbourne. Face-to-face sale only*. I live on the west side, but I'm willing to meet anywhere in Melbourne that's public and easily accessible by public transport.
*OR you have a genuine suggestion where both parties are safe (plus whatever shipping cost). I joined this site just to sell this bar, so the length of time you've been on here means nothing to me, sorry.

How about 11:59 pm 27th May 2021 - that gives two weeks for people to see and bid if they want, and then handover that weekend (29th/30th)?
 
Maybe cleaner to relist it as a 3, 5 or 7 day auction stating all terms & conditions , etc? just a thought.
 
Retracting my bid until I know what's going on or until seller replys my messages. If you wanna meet up and sell me the bar let me know (that is, if yr auction doesn't result in completed transaction)

2. End date is 11:59 pm 27th May 2021. Nasty messages won't change this. But if it's really that big of a deal, these auctions may be better suited for you.
3. I don't care how long you've been on this website for.
4. Face-to-face sale ONLY (the ONLY exception being a LEGITIMATE alternative method that ensures both parties are safe, plus whatever shipping/etc. results). If I cannot safely exchange the bar with you then I will move onto the next person. Threatening me will not convince me how trustworthy you are. Nor do I expect strangers to trust me.

I've come to the most logical conclusion that this is just trolling. You offer the bar for sale, stating that you would rather do an in-person sale, you ask for offers, then because of all the offers you have been getting, you decide to change it into an auction, while it's running you decide it will run for two weeks. Then proceed to insult the members, disrespect the forum/website and completely alienate potential bidders here. Then you post some weird picture, an attempt at humour, then act a victim saying all you want to do is sell this bar, pay my bills, and move on with my life... You could of sold it 10 times over by now. This can't be real.
 
Sold it 10 times over to the people sending me abusive messages? Yes, asking people to just make a bid on the auction instead of sending me private messages and threatening and/or harrassing me, demanding I cancel it and just give it to them, 'offers' for way less than it's worth, wildly inappropriate 'offers', attacks for making the auction 2 weeks long, and a clearly pointless attempt to make light of such treatment, definitely makes me the troll. I'm done with the abuse (yours included). I was warned twice about how fanatical people get here, but christ. I've had one party that wasn't nasty so I'm just selling it to them. There you go, your desire for me to cancel the auction and just give it to someone is fulfilled. Sorry it's not you. Feel free to leave me alone now. I'll also be blocking my notifications from here, since I don't know how to cancel my account, so don't bother sending me any more threats.
