You're correct... we did make the rules and the rules clearly stated on the listing (mistakenly, but we honoured it) that the auction was to finish at 12pm AEST, not AEDT.

We were alerted to this publicly by a well known and good standing member of the Silverstackers community. We heeded this advice to make sure we were sticking to our rules for this auction.

The rules were stuck to and the correct bidder won.

We understand you're very upset. That is your right. We offered generous compensation, you denied it. Also your right.

That is as much as we can do.
