Are these PM 10g gold bars fake?

I bought 3 x 10g PM gold bars from a dealer 15 years ago.

Pulled them out today and noticed they don't have the standard kangaroo markings on the back.

Does this mean they're likely to be fakes?

If they are, I'd appreciate advice on what I could do next.

If you bought them from a legit dealer they should be good.
Google AI says the kangaroo pattern was introduced in 2010 so older bars won't have it so that alone is not a reason to think they are fake.

If you want to be sure, take them to a bullion dealer and ask to XRF them (say you are considering selling if you have to).
