Are these pandas legit? How do you spot fakes?

Was going to put a bid on these, but the COA's don't look like other COA's i've seen for 1989 pandas...are they ok?

The coins look legit to me the coas look aftermarket, I dont think any coas were issued for the bullion version of these , they are not a hard coin to come by ,in fact the easiest of all older silver pandas. You may want to post panda questions on the panda section, more people that know about them there.
