'LPGLI'. Just checked my emails and mate says they're actually not on ASX yet.....We have to wait until we have a marketable system which will be another 6 months away because of development and testing.

Don't think that's possible with an unlisted public company - unless he can find someone else to buy them.
 
IMO. I think that there is likely to be far bigger crashes on other stock markets like Wall st than there will be in Australia.

My reasoning is that Wall st has had much bigger gains than the ASX in 2013. Also Wall St is being propped up each month to the tune of $85 billion up until recently.. Now it is only $75 billion a month.

The share market all time high in Wall St does not reflect record profits. Whereas here in Australia, the banks, big retail outlets and Telstra have had a good year.

Maybe the banks profit is driven by derivatives which can hide the actual profit figures.

Anyway I would rather hold Aus shares than overseas ones.

Just read through the memo and even though it is from 5/2008, if I had these 'shares' I would get out of them as soon as I could. Perhaps a more sophisticated investor could look into it and give an opine.

What I can say is the development in the last 12 months has been huge because we have found a new way to optimise the very high pressures required for an lpg system like this.....A custom Electronic Engine Management System has been designed, made and tested in Melbourne and all we need now is a special custom made pump assembly soon to arrive from U.K in January.

Worst news is Ford/Holden closing down because they would have been our main customers but we will be also selling to China and Europe and USA.

We have had some tuning and pump issues but they should be resolved in the next 3 months.

Fingers crossed its been 8 yrs of waiting and frustration for me and another investor that I email a lot has put more than 50k into it.

The boss has invested 1 mill apparently!

Anyone interested shares are presently $5 each......I bought 10,000 at $1 each years ago.......Hoping they'll go to $20 at least!!!!!!!!!!

1. Ford and GMH are pulling out. So no sales there.
2. By your own admission, the price of LPG is going to leap upwards this year making it uncompetitive with petrol.
3. The global market is slowing and effectively heading into depression territory. So that rules out North America, Europe and China.
4. China copies most things. Read no sales there and they will dump into other markets.
5. Once the new pump issue is resolved in 3 months - then approval testing will start - count on another 3-6 months for this if there are no problems.
6. The initial patent is from 1990. No doubt this has been improved upon by other competitors over the last 23 years.

And you still want people to invest in this?

Mate I know what you are saying but as I said we have made some huge improvements in the last 12 months.....We now have a 'High Pressure' system which works similar to a diesel injection system.

Opposition only has 'Low Pressure' system with a.few other inherent problems in their design regarding heat in the fuel tank.

Our new system has no faults like the oppostions does.

Government is supposed to be granting development money this month and new pump will be fitted very soon.

Gotta be in it to win it!
