They all have their own unique weights since it's very difficult to pour exactly 15kg of liquid metal. There are a few manufacturers who make CNC milled bars, but they're also odd-weight.
These are mainly used for industrial applications (or re-melting into smaller bars) so the exact weight of each piece of metal doesn't matter to the people who buy them.
The ones we see tend to range from 12.5kg to 15.5kg. That variance is quite large, but they trade based on the exact weight of each individual bar. For example, if you order a "15kg" bar from us and the one that arrives is 14.585kg, you'd only end up paying for 14.585kg and we'd credit you for the 0.415kg difference in cash.
