I'd like to agree that summertime means cricket but Cricket Australia have decided in their wisdom to only give us 5 weeks of summer int'l cricket this year. Not even half way through summer and they pack off the Australian team to India for a 1 day series in their winter...so they can clear the decks and all you have in Big Bash junk to watch....Not happy Jan.

One day when all hell breaks loose and silver and gold go way up, the online PM pundits (who appear on those PM sites many of us look at) will proclaim that they got it right. They will forget about all of their wrong calls since 2011.
Would be interesting to see how much money was lost, and how much lost in missed opportunities for people who followed the GOTS advice (and similar) and thus avoided stocks over the past years.

At 1:20, he says if gold goes up to $3000, gold mines in developing countries might be nationalised (which already is a trend without a spiking gold price) and mismanaged such that supply will drop even at higher gold prices. We're seen this happening in Venezuela with oil. Very interesting point that I've never considered.
