Any information one these plus a value?

Found these while cleaning some stuff up today. Does anyone have any idea of what they are worth?

The Samoa one, I think I got from someone on here a long time back. I don't know anything more than what is written on the box and certificate.

The Mexican one (I think it's Mexican) I don't recall where it came from and I don't know any details about it. Would love to know more and hopefully what its value might be.
