Antique stirling silver at spot, rare old gold and even crowns cheap!

so lets start with the cheap stuff, i have a set of flatware, not quite complete or fully matched but at spot it is a cheap way to have a usable set of silverware. now the knives obviously have steel blades but based on past experience i estimate their silver weight to be 1/3 of their full weight. i calculate the total ASW to be 62.72 troy oz

I also have 4 carded $200 gold coins and a proof available for $2500 delivered, thats less than 3% over spot!!!!

It was very popular for British colonials to get them made in the Victorian days. It is amazing to think that the item has traveled for the last 120odd years around the world till it ended up here on stackers :)
These items are getting increasingly rare as they must be "worked" (ie mounted into jewelry, carved etc) pre 1947 and unless they are marked as such it can be hard to prove they predate this. This item is mounted into 15ct gold that was discontinued in 1932 in favor of 14ct gold. plus the engraving of (18)95 makes it obvious that the item is pre 1947. many tiger claw items are not as easy to prove and thus the market is shrinking, this is a bargain and would sell for $1k+ in india

but seriously i get alot of my stuff from word of mouth, i pay a fair price and tell people what they have.

pn a side note my offer for 5x$200 gold coins for $2500 is only valid while sport remains below $1700
