I wonder if it is on its way to $12 to stay for 30 years.
you guys are so pessimistic, although the Friday night ritual seems pretty predictable, why isn't everyone shorting at 5pm aest every Friday? surely that's better than money in the bank (in that it's actually making you money).
having said that 20c an ounce doesn't make a huge difference for buying pm. might cover shipping though.

so has anyone noticed silver has been dropping since its 2011 high so its possible we see $10 again nothing would surprise with this metal it is very smelly right now.

yeah maybe, but I don't think it has too much to do with how much there is ? who actually knows that for sure?
I agree with up there when the USD is strong or getting stronger PM prices drop and as that has slowly happened over the last few years of QE money printing people head for that as a safe haven , and run away from PM's , PM's come back when the US starts to tank, and so all that we hate (paper) money is kicking our butts big time if you have a lot of now over priced metal.
so batten down the hatches we are in for a rough ride.
if you are playing paper ups and downs it could be a good time
I don't like it as its far too much like horse racing and before I know it I would have been betting on them too 
so these drops are not wins for physical buyers as premiums are not following suit so at this point I reckon we are on a hiding to nothing for who knows how long and for me this is SHTF moment right now so who wants to buy silver???
I see something like a new type of GFC coming in the next 10 years that the world has not seen before as the wealth finds it way to fewer hands stuff is going to happen.

I'd of expected Putin to rock up with a rare bottle of vodka or a lavishly jewelled egg, not a guided missile cruiser and a bunch others nearby.
