Hi,

Like to know if Perth Mint has any information on the Lunar Silver Coloured Bullion 1oz Silver.

I understand that Silver Coloured Proof are issued with Box/Cert. How about the Coloured Bullion version?

-M

Coloured Bullion does not come with coa.

Series 1 does come with box if you by it from Australia Post.

I was looking at the series II.

Is it the same coin, one with Box/CoA and the other without and comes in roll?

The colored ones from the PO are "specimen" with no COA
The color bullion comes in rolls like regular bullion coins

There are Proof Colour being issued for series II , Colour bullions (rolls for overseas market)
No colour bullions such as rolls bullions issued in Australia ( locally); this are for overseas market.

Both of them are totally different. That is why there are price differences.
I see misinform information here. ;)

Colour proof mintage for 1/2 oz. & 1 oz is 10 000 each.
These might be single coin, type set or 3 x coins set in total.

The colour bullion 1 oz. mintage of 170 000

hence the confusion to collect the type 2 lunar or the sizes

1/2 oz colour proof only begin with dragon

1oz HR also with dragon

there is no proof colour from 2008-2011

So, for 2008
2008 $1 1oz Lunar Silver Coloured Mouse Coin Sales of 69,450 of 170,000 is meant for coloured bullion? (no coloured mouse proof)

And the link at Perth Mint is actually a Coloured Bullion.
http://www.perthmint.com.au/catalog...s-ii-2008-coloured-mouse-1oz-silver-coin.aspx

And the difference is it is more expensive with lower mintage + box/CoA
"Limited Mintage
No more than 3,800 1oz Coloured Edition coins celebrating the 2008 Year of the Mouse will be released in Perth Mint presentation packaging, each accompanied by a numbered Certificate of Authenticity."

Yes?

You are right Alor.

Another Perth Mint doing again. I agree

1/2 kilo Ag coins also been withdraw.
You just cant make set out of this coins. :P
I wonder what will they make and withdraw next.
Then they come out with 2 oz proof set of 12 coins

so there are 5 complete sets to be,

3 coins proof set...
4 type sets....
gilded coins set...
2oz proof set...
1 oz BU set...

others sets...

harder to complete 1/2 oz proof set ???
2 oz Anda coins
BU colour
baby coins...

Really? I beg to differ, there are specimen 1oz coloured Lunars in box with cert, not proof. I have a 2010 1oz coloured Tiger in a box with CoA that says its coin XXX of 3,800 and its not proof quality, its specimen quality. Then I also have some of these exact same coins loose in capsules without the box and cert.

Red box with white outer cardbord ?
If so it's a PO release only

Well you are right, another Perth Mint doing,
Too much confusion here. Why they do that???
Decision from the marketing department. The Tiger could be the only one.
