A Reality to the growth of the stack.

Generally each week - since I am tuned to look for Copper Brass Copper wire I find it . I find it during my daily travels
Like if I am going to a store, I come home with groceries and metal week after week year after year. I cash it in .
I get paid enough that all my silver stack is from the sale of CU & other metals .
If I had taken all silver investment money and had it in a bank I'd have more money then the cashing in of my silver .
It's clear that if I just look at all metal as the same - scrap has profit that silver has not yet equaled .
Thats not to say silver wont have it's day cause it seems logical it should .

Since I order silver from JMB or Provident @ $100 I get the free shipping and just for the heck I'll order 1 oz of copper or a Pound of copper
that I realize has no future scrap yard profit but privately could with a little patience be sold for a profit of $1 or $2 at best $4 .
I figure even silver could be sold privately for a small profit .

I was thinking if I should take some of my Silver rounds & Copper rounds , carefully figure an amount to sell at the small profit
& only use those proceeds to replenish stock and buy more .
That separate stacked amount would always be in flux but could have silver grow on it's own merits.
I'd need Figure a price and thats the price . I don't have to sell out of desperation . A profit of $20 per week
seems a good start with out affecting my hording issues Naturally the concept is $20 profit turns into $22 then $25 and so on .
I guess I'm being naive
but any recommendations

I guess seeing the true profit of scrap looms over me , It's a feeling that silver should also come into my life with same way (less cost)

If you bought a box of ASE's a few weeks ago @ $9,128 US it would now be worth $9,895 US. That's a $767 US gain over two weeks.

There are several routes to profit - timing the market, picking winners and wholesale/retail.

Your story points me to the latter: You are buying efficiently in bulk, and can sell smaller quantities at market rate for a reasonable mark-up without ripping anyone off. If she's happy and you are happy and you are in positive territory it's win-win, and you can keep an eye open for other stuff in Lunars if she goes Stacker on you. Entry level stuff usually has to be inexpensive, so Copper Rounds and low premium fractionals can be interesting as intro pieces.

Well I know a woman who loves Goats . A year ago she wanted some silver , I can get some year of the Goat coins from provident and sell for $2 above
she will except it & I can help her build a Stack
http://www.providentmetals.com/2015-1-oz-year-of-the-ram-silver-round.html
I could convince her Once a week to buy .

Why dont you just giver her a link and let her purchase silver without you profiting from her?

You are kidding ......

For me 2011 was my start & at my start I utilized Ebay , Silver and some mistakes cause I did not know any better .
Plenty of purchases from coin stores .
But I see by forcing your self to spend at-least $100 , fine deals are out there .
It is not my job to inform everybody & besides you think people just catch on to the whole concept.
For sure I know who ripped me off and who was fare when I was GREEN . One coin shop used to charge me tax on the small orders
then he saw I kept coming in each week , then he stopped with the tax and held tight on $2 above .
Another never stopped with the tax and was $3.50 over when silver went low he stopped selling also - he was greedy .

I like fish tacos idea. You don't have to profit from everybody, you can lend a hand occasionally and let them share the joy. Never know, she might even give you some goat milk one day.
Your response was disappointing in my mind. It's like you are on the look out only for yourself. Me, me, me.

Certainly in life I give plenty in life . But I do have a scrapper mentality when it comes to metal
Accumulate and sell weight.

If I am the one who takes the time to place order
Pay for the order
have money in limbo wile order is shipped
pick up order at post office

I will have no guilt to sell at $2 above. --
It's not like I'm giving a story BU coins from china
& like the panda these coins are gonna skyrocket !!!
Then she finds out later hey these coins are made in America
I can't believe I paid $27 dollars .

The woman lives 70 miles away from any bullion dealer ( she has a goat farm )
I see it as a favor for her .
