If these coins are replicas of legal tender then it could be worse than simply exploitation of buyer naivety and is in fact counterfeiting?
What's the legal status of such replicas?

Apparently, there are a couple of Perth Mint associates who peruse this site.
Dunno how people are allowed, to get away with using the Perth Mint advertising, because it certainly makes it hard for all the other legitimate dealers.
