You are wrong bone. Both are actually occuring, else gold and silver would be rising at the same rate and the GSR would stay constant. Gold is rising is rising in price as the value of fiat is dropping. But the price of silver is rising at a higher rate as it breaks free of manipulation and trends toward true value.

When your invested in Silver its tradition to follow the USD price, get with the program mate. :)
