Does anyone know here when this 3 g. Perth Mint gold medal were made?

Probably PM made this for another company/business.. refineries do this to make medals or coins as exclusive items for any company.. so yours could be either HKG or SNG company sub-contract PM to make such medal... perhaps this one for lunar dog?
