And, "the friendly West" that "liberated" Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya would love to "liberate" Venezuela, Ukraine, Iran and the entire World. They only have to hand over their oil and other material/mineral/economic resources and sell their soul.

The US actually won a single war (Gerald Celente says): the one in Grenada! That one was successful. All other countries were left in a mess.
I think we could add Panama as well. But that wasn't a "real war".

You make some interesting points, but the bit about China being civilised (or civilising others) is a joke, surely. You sound like a "red under the bed". Go outside the 1st tier cities and there is ruin, filth, massive corruption, human trafficking, and so on. Construction there is good from far, but far from good. The middle class claim to love the CCP, but are obsessed with foreign goods. All of the groundwater in China polluted, smog everywhere, desertification due to ecological destruction.
Have you ever travelled there? Food poisoning is pretty common, that's why they buy up all our baby formula, because anything produced there is tainted. Not to mention it's the birthplace of Swine flu, SARs, Covid, among other things. Half the population exist on less than $2 US a day.
I guess you could be forgiven for your naivety, as they spend literally billions on propaganda on platforms including ones in English YouTube, Facebook and Instagram. They pay "foreign monkeys" to do their bidding. Quite nefarious.
And they haven't changed their ideology on a while, they are authoritarian hyper-capitalists, but the citizens believe that they are "socialist". There is no Medicare or dole there, it's survival of the fittest. And the CCP will do everything in its power to stay in power.

Merry Xmas. I don't see what you're saying is a rant. It's the truth. There were great Mediterranean civilisations (Greek, Egyptian) in the past that pre dates the Chinese empire by hundreds or thousands of years, so this concept isn't exclusive to the Chinese. But unlike the Chinese, these civilisations aren't going back to the past. I'm looking 30-50 years into the future and anyone also knows Russia is in decline while China is rising, a show down is inevitable and the Chinese will win. It will be a repeat of the Russo-Japanese War but China is much stronger, bigger population and more resources and can hold territory. The world map will be redrawn.

thx for the kind words. I am not so sure about whether they will dominate. The Chinese aren't like Germany, or Japan (which, unlike China, are developed nations). They aren't innovators or industry leaders. However, in light of the Evergrande/RE bubble pop, they are likely to go "Japanese". They are also a demographic time bomb, and quite a few experts suggest that their population numbers are BS, and they are actually shrinking much faster than people believe. I guess you could compare Covid to Chernobyl - a turning point which leads to ultimate collapse. And regarding Russia, I totally agree they are white supremacists, Putin is old-school macho. China is not a very popular country at the moment, they aren't like America, which has strong soft power via Hollywood etc... they tend to dominate by overt bullying and debt enslavement. Their allies are pretty shitty countries like North Korea and other 3rd world countries that they have extended loans to. Even quite educated people i know believe that China plays the long game and has 5/10 year plans, but I tend to believe that the plans are very "top down" and arbitrary, and do more harm than good, such as the one child policy. They enact new "plans" like the Soviets did to fix the messes that the previous plans created.
But I have no crystal ball. All I can do is make an educated guess about how it'll all play out. I might be wrong.

Sri Lanka's economic crisis:
- inflation 11+ % in November 2021
- foreign currency reserves are down (1.6 billion $ only in late November 2021)
- prices generate food rationing
- food prices have risen 17 % in the last year
- tourist arrivals went down since the pandemic had started
- economy has shrunk by 3.6 %
I have the feeling and the thought that Sri Lanka is not the only country experiencing this now.
Prices are getting rediculous around here. Between fuel and groceries, i feel bad for the young couples with little ones and no chance to ever put down roots not to mention a lack of good career type jobs.
Its going to be a tough time for these younger folks im afraid no matter what country.

Inflation in Sri Lanka was running at 6% in 2020, then the economy corrected and the inflation rate fell to around 2% in 2021.
Now prices have risen 11% since then, which is barely back on course where they were heading in 2020 (assuming the annual rate kept climbing at 6% annually). The short term perspective can be completely misleading meaning people arrive at the wrong conclusions.

Interesting report about people in the US who ended up living in their cars. Some earned 10,000+ USD per month in their "good-old days", but now they live in poverty.
Of course, American poverty is a form of "luxury poverty". The people in this video still have jobs and earn 1,000+ $ per month, they live in their cars, they have hygiene services provided to them...
What I saw in various parts of Europe: people sleeping on the streets (no food, no shelter, no car, no income... now, that's REAL POVERTY), but it is even worse in Africa, Latin America, India, Russia.
It amazes me that so many "homeless" Americans earn more than intellectuals or managers in Eastern Europe and, they all have shiny cars (which Bulgarians could not afford not even after 15 years of average corporate work).
Some even have mobile homes (!).
The video says that 40 million Americans get "food stamps" from the state, but do Africans, Latin Americans, Russians or other Eastern Europeans get "food stamps"?

Its part of destroying the nuclear family, no need for daddy anymore in the household. The state will be daddy so now we can have "strong powerful independent" women we call single mothers.
Most girls here have their kids first before looking for a husband and they end up single forever wondering why they cant find a man.
Theres no incintive to marry or create a family and the men are turning away for the fear of losing everything theyve worked for. Its not worth the risk for most men to go there anymore and marraige is a HUGE liability.
In a divorce the man will lose his kids and at least HALF of what he owns to the woman no matter the reason.
The state will be there to pick up any slack, keeping the mother and children a breath away from poverty and in many cases it ends up being generational.

Sounds like the scenes from a dystopian movie like "They Live".
What would be even worse would be a contained & guarded prison city like in "Escape from New York". A pandemic combined with socio-economic collapse, seasoned with a tremendous political turmoil on a wider scale could lead there.
Let's just all hope that 2022 will be the year when things start going well. At least hopefully the pandemic will end, there will be no wars and politics will settle down.
The global economy is a madhouse anyway, as we all know it. Let's just hope it will not "pop" this year.

I think it is wishful thinking. With the damage caused by the Trump administration (among others, like Dueterte and Bolsonaro, Prince Andrew - they lie, we know they lie and they know that but don't care), ZIRP, NIRP as well as the ever-insane everything bubble, there is not much hope on the horizon.
Prince Andrew, Epstein are with Clinton, not Trump.
