1 - lack of medicine
2 - food scarcity

What is very scary is that these 3 things keep happening all over the world. To different extent, but most of us can already notice the effects on food especially.

From what I know, Trump imposed sanctions on Cuba after Obama has lifted some.

Cuba is still mostly isolated economically, it is in ruins. But because of its relative isolation, we are going to believe everything the news are telling us.
