What is the difference between Corona virus infection and "ordinary" flu?
Surgical masks were sold out in Switzerland as well:

It's also "flu season" in Europe and many people are already dying because of it. Yes, it too can lead to pneumonia.
From what I know, sometimes viruses can mutate together, so basically a cross-over between Corona virus and "common flu" could happen, I think. I'm no biologist, just guessing and even worse scenario.
They say the're working on a cure against Corona virus.
But: we still don't have any cure/vaccine against Dengue Fever. Why is it so "impossible" to find a cure for the latter? But they did already create vaccines for newer diseases, such as SARS etc.?
