Vexxing87 New Member Feb 2, 2018 #1 Hey Guys, Whats everyone's thoughts on the Perth Mints 2018 Silver Dragon 1oz Bar?
madaw1 Well-Known Member Feb 2, 2018 #2 Looking good ,but in my opinion 6 years overdue-should be minted parallel in 2012 with lunar dragon. To much dragons everywhere .

leo25 Well-Known Member Silver Stacker Feb 2, 2018 #3 I don't like it. Very generic. Perth Mint are making a lot of bad designs these days.
GoldSilverPlatinum Member Feb 3, 2018 #4 Just a small correction here. It is actually a rectangle coin. It has a dollar value on it and therefore it is legal tender http://www.perthmintbullion.com/au/Buy-Silver-Coins/1oz.aspx?size=18

leo25 Well-Known Member Silver Stacker Feb 3, 2018 #6 looks like you can buy these 1oz bars for only $25 each. So i guess it's fine that the design is generic, as they are selling for generic prices.

G greedy Kobold Well-Known Member Silver Stacker Mar 9, 2018 #8 reached NZ and offered for a sale. Dunno, if it is going to be a bestseller. IMO reminds some Niue bars/coins. The gold thing...is it even competitive with other options i.e. older coins/bars? May be it is targeted at some specific group of consumers. lowtech Active Member Apr 1, 2018 #9 Probably aimed at millennials. It looks like they just put the old womans head into a meme generator. If '1oz 9999 Ag' and '1 DOLLAR' were moved a bit closer in, it would probably qualify for one, I reckon.
