Phoenix Dragons sell for a lot more than $27
That pricing is irrelevant because it was the issue price and is now unobtainable. It was commissioned by lpm, which is now selling them for $60+ for 1.

Also the $27 price on the link is for units of 600, were you planning on spending $16,000+ ?
Like the others have said, when a coin is released with a low mintage like this coin was of just 50k they sell out quickly and then develop a premium due to their scarcity

if it costs $27 and then i can flip it for $45. not bad for investment.

Is the error coin found randomly across rolls or do we have roll full of error coins?
Good question. I don't think anyone knows the answer to that. I'm fairly sure it would be a coin by coin thing, but I could be wrong

It's a way, way, way overpriced bullion coin. Wait a couple of years and you'll probably be finding them for spot.

Highly unlikely. Do some basic reasearch of Perth mint silver lunar series one or even series two. See how many you can get at “spot”.
Guessing you missed out when this coin was releeaes at $23 each so feeling a bit bitter.
