2016 libertad 7 coin proof set , 250 limited mintage

Glad I woke up early this morning and pulled the trigger without hesitation.

I think Choice Bullion is exclusive distributor.

" Choice Bullion is pleased to announce the availability of the 2016 Silver Proof 7 Coin Mexico Libertad Sets. This is the 3rd year of the official 7 Coin Proof Mexico Libertad Sets issued by Banco de Mexico "

They are 50:50 I believe with Mexican Coin Broker - though I would not be suprised if 10% were held in Mexcio for friends and family or local sale.. So probably Choice had about 115 and same for Mexican Coin Broker.

And how many sets will be minted in total without wooden box i heard some members say the 2016 libertad will increase in mintage in 2016

According to above website

For Year 2015, Proof Silver Coin
5oz - 1600 pcs
2oz - 1300 pcs
1oz - 6400 pcs
1/2oz - 2500 pcs
1/4oz - 2400 pcs
1/10oz - 5300 pcs
1/20oz - 5500 pcs

So, 1300 7-Coins-Proof Sets is possible for Year 2015 without wooden box and COA.
Maximum sets without coa and box is 1050 total as 250 2oz proofs are used in sets , also 2750 1oz coin have been used in 7,5,3,2 coin sets

I wonder how it's impacted the 5 coin set, I know I can't afford both so switched to the 7 coin set.

If u buy all pieces seperate the prize is 370 dollar 7 set cost 595 dollar that is big money for the wooden box with certificate

Much harder to fake a wooden box set with COA, and I'm with Shippeevt - I'll take a set for 370

The collector value goes with the "official" boxed proof set with the mint wooden box, cardboard sleeve and numbered COA--not with an assembled group of individual coins in a ziplock freezer bag. Still---on the subject of individual proof coins... Like the other guys, I'd like to know where I could get one each of all seven proofs for $370. Please give us a link.
