2016 30g panda silver coin seems cooking up

I bought 2 from Providentmetals last Friday for $28.23 each, today, they are selling for $40 each. APMEX price is a little cheaper, still $37.5. Quite a jump in a couple of days. might be a Short term supply issue. Dealers either out of stock, or raise the price by a big margin

Wow, that's nuts. There are still a couple of companies that are under 25.00. Surely 8 million aren't close to being sold out already?

Reportedly only 640,000 were marked for export--and that is IF they mint the full 8 million--which doesnt sound like they are........mine are sleeping nicely in their vacuum sealed slumber :D

If only 640,000 for export, then makes sense why the sudden increase in price. And that's 640,000 for the world outside of China! I'm sure in time the other suppliers will increase prices too. Although, if this is being artificially held down, then I imagine prices will come back down.

Which companies have still have these for under $25?

Expect that it will end soon with german lowest international price if supply will not become better within the next days. Germany has a very good distribution network for china coins and nearly all dealers have stock, but in 2016 a lot of things have changed from china amd their distribution.
Maybe Peter Anthony can write something about it here on silverstackers.

Did some fast picture to proof I am in stock

Question is, what is your best price? Best I've seen so far was 20 USD.
