Ive heard rumors of an increase in the premiums on the libertads for 2015. I just purchased some in presale and they seem pretty low. 2015 5 oz for around 100$ usd seems cheap to me... I bet the mintages will go higher this year due to the low numbers last year...any opinions???

Stranger things have happened! It would however mean they lied on the phone though, they specifically said they were completely out and have no idea if/when they will have more put up. Early bird catches the worm!
When I checked the APMEX site earlier it indicated that only 1 remained.
Libertad's are seemingly one of the hottest annually issued non-changing design coins these days (maybe because of the continued low mintage numbers over the years)....we can't expect any advertised sale to last very long I think.
I'm thinking to expect quick sell outs on all the 2015 Libertads of all sizes both BU and proof.

Yeah, those 2014 5-oz'ers at Apmex went *fast*!
I already have one from a while back, but was considering 1 more, anyway.. Hard to resist at that price.
And as I was hemming & hawing, since my shopping list is long, every now & then I'd hit refresh & check how many were left at each point.
At least 1,600 sold out in less than 2 hours, well short of the 4-hour window.
And no, I didn't get one today, due to limited budget & recent/upcoming purchases.
With a mintage of just 6,400, I wouldn't hold your breath for any more at a fair price after this..
I already have one from a while back, but was considering 1 more, anyway.. Hard to resist at that price.

Not my idea of a great price, not in USD anyway. I'd focus on 2015s before paying that much if I had to choose, but fortunately for us we don't have to
