Sorry for the delayed reply to this thread. Similar to last years release, we are seeing release delays from Mexico again. We can see that we're getting closer, but have not been giving a shipping date yet. Once we have more information we'll send an email out to all buyers.

Question, if the COAs weren't in the boxes, how do they know which is which?

There are no numbers on the coins, so COA is just a piece of paper. Nothing stopping you from swapping COAs or swapping proof coins.
