I didn't find any Australian dealers selling the 2015 ones earlier. Who has them?
 
Perhaps the allocation is getting different packaging here, so they've waited for a release window when nothing much is going on.
We're not talking about a release everyone is desperately waiting on, it's a pretty dull bullion coin (in my opinion).

Not unusual for them to make old stock available either, granted I agree that 50k is a pretty silly number to hold on stock, but it's also silly to accuse them of a crime.
innocent until proven guilty.
