I picked up one of these slabbed NGC MS69 PL. The coin unfortunately has a good bit of milk spotting around much of the rim out to about 3 to 4 millimeters on obverse and some on reverse same way, so definitely not a pretty coin. The coin was in with the damaged gov bullion stuff that goes cheap (usually spotted maples, phils, Britannias, painted US Eagle coins, etc). I got it for $2 over spot. I can handle the milk spots for that price.
Does anyone by chance know the NGC population on this coin? I tried perusing their site and couldn't find the populations for these.
