Wow is it that time of year already?. I just got the RAM's November catalogue. The ballot is on again.. 1 entry per customer number, entries in by Nov 25th, Drawn on 28th.

AUD650.00. International AUD590.91
 
Prices of previous years issue:

2007 - $365
2008 - $365
2009 - $395
2010 - $420
2011 - $420
2012 - $650

Wonder if this year, the demand will not be as hot as previous years due to the high price.
 
Yep the RAM seems to be doing that with a lot of their coins this year.
Same sort of increases with the roo series.

The resale values on these have actually been dropping.
Those $420 releases of 2010 and 2011 went on ebay for over $900 when they first came out.
Now the 2010s and 2011s are selling for $700+ on ebay - and gold has gone up in the mean time.

Do you have an active Royal Australian Mint account number? If you do, they would've sent the application form to you address. That is the only way to ballot. No online etc....

hmm...... last year I got noticed on my cc about 1 week after the ballot.
so probably we get some info starting next week
