2008 Luner Series II prices

Hi. I have a friend trying to get rid of 100 of these coins. But i am having a hard time valuing them. All still in the box and rolls.
What would be a good price to offer him?
I can't value them cause they are all out of stock on all the main dealer sites. Only ebay. I was thinking about $25-35 over spot as a premium?

I’d be buying mouses at $120 each in rolls of 20.
High spot prices have killed the premiums on all S2 except tiger and ox.

They are worth maybe up to $140 each per single coin if your looking for 100 individual sales.
