Does the 'Z' in '1 oz' have the black spot of death, as mentioned here? Looks a bit like it:

It is always easier to tell in person, but from the photos I would consider it to be not genuine.
The plating is uneven as a number of other posters have mentioned.
The OMP is also suspicious, there is a curved sealed edge in the bottom left. This does not confirm a fake, it could be a genuine reseal, however I would not consider buying this coin, even if it was real.
Shanghai OMP should be angular blocks in straight lines.

There are a couple of graded Mirrors right now on ebay around the $1500 mark, I'd rather buy those if I were you.
Zingers right this is not OMP, at best its genuine thats been submitted for grading.

Isnt the rounded edge on the omp supposed to be an indication of a fake?
