1oz Pure German Silver .999 ingot bar / WITH CASE!! $38 & counting

If you want to really shaft these guys, make a written complaint to the relevant consumer affairs / fair trading department in the state he's in for fraudulent selling..... that'll get things happening.

Unless they're selling from overseas...then complaining to ebay may help - or get ignored :(

Power of the people - there's a few thousand of us and I'm pretty sure almost all of us have an eBay account. If everyone of us report him then eBay may do something about it.

no, wrong. ebay doesn't care. also, vis-a-vis
also, ebay took down one of my ads because i'm lacking a product and running the ad for 'support' - it only took down one of dozens so perhaps it is an anamoly.

as to reporting the issue - i already reported the misuse of the word "bullion" to the new york state attorney general - besides that, besides this particular issue being fraudulent, most of the ads are technically correct but geared towards deception. without ebay giving a damn they will of course continue.

i'm at the point where i'll have to pick up some of these in order to have a 'product' to justify my ad. or maybe i should raise the price to $4 and sell a single worn mercury dime.

Sounds like a generic answer to any complaint!!

I do feel bad for those getting ripped off with the 100 mill bars. Hopefully they find their way onto the interwebs and learn what theyr'e really worth!

Wow... every time i report to ebay i get something more generic and i get the distinct impression they dont give a hoot. eg: Fake pandas, plated silver, heavy gold plated

Very disheartening when i am merely trying to protect fellow ebayers from a scam. Ebay not only dosent email the potential buyers to let them know they are bidding on EG: a NON-SILVER item, they basically just sit on there hands and do nothing to protect buyers despite having the information to act.

Is this not paramount to being a known accessory to fruad? We know there is fraud and try to stop it but ebay does not act and allows it.

Legal case much?
