Just to clarify my statement: "yes he had stock then"

He actually had them shipped to him from the Perth Mint, to fulfill my order.

This implies 1 of 2 things:
* Perth Mint have stock they are sitting on (for a multitude of reasons, after all they are a government organisation)
* Perth Mint are re-minting them, up to their mintage limit of 5000

EDIT: Just thinking about it, I am sure someone else suspected they were re-minting them in a thread a few months ago, can't recall who though
 
this is what they answer for quastion about ox mintage (some coins comes with COA> 2147):

We do not generally issue numbers sequentially for our products, therefore for a product with a mintage of 5000, you are equally likely to get a higher number as you are a lower number depending on how they have been packed.
