I hope I read it wrongly, this is the response from the official Perth Mint blog.

Production of 10oz, 5oz, 2oz and 1/2oz Dragon silver bullion coins will end at the end of 2012.
Production of 1 kilo versions will cease at the end of the series.

That's correct, any 1 kg coin from series 2 can be minted until the end of the series.

Because they're not going to make 1-2 or even 10 ,maybe if somebody ordered 50-100 they would remint them

Most likely candidates and the top 3 Dragon, Tiger, Snake. Fairly sure they would not bother with the others due to low demand

I thought they're still making them until end of December.
