Mintage for these little rascals is 1000. So there is potential. If I were you I would get it slabbed. Last auction on ebay went for $298.99 (22bids) it was a MS66
I asked this before, but let me ask again.
1991 10th anniversary is pretty commonly available on ebay. You almost can buy it any day you want.
The 2001 20th anniversary is a lot more scarcer, but this one has been on ebay for very long time. No taker. Any idea why?

The complete set consist of 3 medals. It got a mention in CCF quite a while ago. Poconopenn of CCF has more information about this set.

You are right at the moment they are on offer quite often. But I feel with a mintage of 1000 that supply will soon dwindle. The raw medal price is anywhere from $120+, but graded medals are going for good prices. The graded medals boybluejay are mostly MS66 and they are getting prices of $250.00+.
The 2001 20th Anni medals have been on luckymoney's site for quite a few weeks and the silver plated version has been the only one purchased. I dont know much about these particular medals but for the moment I'll stay away from them.
