sure are!! 4000 mintage:) I looked back in some of my purchasing records 6 years ago I paid 245 in omp for a few , last year i paid 340 for 2 in omp with boxes and coa ,conserved and graded them both came back pf69 and I put them away for my twin girls ................if you can buy a kung fu graded for 300 to 350 graded 69 you should right away:).........you wont be sorry
