1989 Guanyin (Kuanyin) 5 Oz Silver Medal

Want it in PF69 but can't afford it. Some dude was selling at $4000 on eBay but he's a rip.

Nobody else seems to have/want to sell it, very very nice piece of MCC

2 stars means it's pretty rare.

The more stars the rarer it is (in Mr Ge's book). I think it goes up to 6 stars but not sure, might be 7.

However, the 1983 Gold pandas are also 2 stars... so yeah massive grain of salt ;)

Thanks for the clarification. Since I can't even afford 2 star coins, i better not inquire which MCC coins are rated 4 stars and above. Lol!!

Was hunting for this medal too... pretty rare and expensive! It's 2 stars in Mr Gee's book.

Hi ,
Could you please clarify what does 2 stars mean?
Is it good or bad?

Thanks.

Some examples of medals which are rated 2 stars in the book are the 1987 God of Longevity and 1989 God or War and Wealth.
