Depending upon where you get your definition, bullion only applies to precious metals, and often only to bars and the like, and not coins like you sell.
Copper is indeed a base metal, not a precious metal.
So calling your copper coins "bullion" is tenuous at best.
There are copper "bullion" bars available but you only sell copper coins.
And do you seriously expect people to buy $10000 worth of copper coins? Really?
