The 2013 Ainslie Bullion Logo DevelopmentIn early 2013 Steven Vawdrey (Brand Strategist) was commissioned under the leadership of Ainslie Bullion Directors Geoff Cumming and Paul Engeman to develop the new Ainslie Bullion logo. Over the last 35 years, Ainslie Bullion has been consistent in its use of the 'triangle' ABC icon in its market presence. In early 2013 the decision to create a new brand for Ainslie Bullion was made. From this new brand a new stamp was developed for the new Ainslie Bullion 'Stacker' series of gold and silver bars, as well as all market collateral for websites and other media. Notably, a new website rich in both daily news, weekly radio and video media was also developed to better provide important bullion information to our clients.The new logo was developed with the following key points in mind.the adaptation and transition of the acronym 'ABC' Ainslie Bullion Company to Ainslie Bullion.creating a clear identifiable name that is modern in appearance.creating an icon that best represents the direction bullion is taking in Australia while respecting where Ainslie Bullion has come from.While the first two items of this brief are easily recognised at a glance, the icon designed for Ainslie Bullion proved to be doubly important, especially as this new icon was to be become the new stamp for all new Ainslie stacker bars and bullion products into the future. The icon contains multiple elements to help meet the above brief - but put simply~the triangle 'cut out' shows where Ainslie Bullion has come from (the old ABC logo), respecting the previous 35 years of trade that has made Ainslie what it is today.the three circles show 3 gold coins / and a shift towards coins (gold and silver) as a store of wealth, reinforcing 'bullion'.the 'A' clearly reinforcing the name, Ainslie.the colour clearly reinforcing 'gold' as a product.While many Ainslie Bullion clients and the interested public have already seen and engaged in our new logo through our website and marketing collateral, we trust you'll also enjoy our new 'stacker' series (available in 10oz and 1kg silver) and soon to be released cast gold and silver bars that bring our new logo to life.
