While we are on the subject of SBSS fakes, did they really release Silver proof coins with CU instead of AG on them? Are these fakes, an example of poor quality control or perhaps an attempt at clever marketing buzz for the re-sale/collector market...

I was in China for 3 weeks back in 2000, they have fakes and copies for just about everything!

Yeah, I posted this then had to go to work. I should have been more clear on my opinion of the fakes,clads, replicas etc.. I think it's a bunch of BS especially if they are not clearly marked and advertised as a replica and/or trying to be passed off as real. I agree, I do not want to support...

Didn't see this posted on the forum, I was surprised to see them copying the silver bullet silver shield rounds. Yet another reason not to by them off ebay. I wouldn't mind picking up a few to make key chains out of them or use them for display...

Thanks, I must have looked at the feedback for different seller, same product. I know sometimes if they get too much bad feedback they will start a new account selling the same crap. i don't know how this guy is still in business, they look like they were cut out of a sheet of metal and acid...
