    Finally back stacking! New purchase

Hey All, I'm finally back stacking after having 8 months out the game. I got married December just gone which took up all my spare money, including my stacking cash. It's all done now so I'm happily back looking out for my next purchases. I narrowly missed out on a Queen 80th birthday 1kilo...

    Snakes vs horses

My daughter was born in 2013 so it was a good excuse to get the lunar snakes. I've got more to get yet but i shall also be expanding out the collection. Taken 8 months out due to getting Married in Dec... but now it's back on :)

Show us your coins on display

This is exactly what I was thinking of using. The question is. Are they ok just on display in their capsules? Is there any long term issues with that? Get some pics up :)

Show us your coins on display

Hi all, I'm thinking of getting my coins out and putting them on display in a glass cabinet. What's the point in having them locked away in a dark place? Is there any issues with displaying them long term? Would they start to discolour? If anyone else has them on display then please post a...

    Gold Britannia Coins

That's an extremely good call! My favorite are the Lunar... so i'd always be drawn towards a gold 1oz Lunar but for CGT the Britannia would work out better in the long run.

    Coin Question from a noobie.

Absolutely hit the nail on the head. Bullion are dull and matt like. Much lower cost. Proof are very shiny and obviously carry an inflated price. I would suggest buying both and deciding what you'd like to carry on collecting/investing in/

Thoughts on a 10oz Gilded Silver Dragon?

Don't feel that way. Some of the questions I asked when I first joined were extremely N00b. I've got a 10oz bullion snake and 5oz proof snake. If you want something to look at in wonder than i suggest going for a 5oz proof coin. They really are nice :)

    Gold Britannia Coins

Hi All, I may be in a position in a months time to invest in an ounce of gold. This would be a serious deal for me as I've never had this kind of cash available for such an item... None of us can really know if gold will continue falling or at what rate but advise can be given on a safe...

Posting a coin from the US to the UK

Just on a side note. I order a lot of my stuff from Germany as you don't have the taxes when buying from EU counties. Might be helpful :)

5 Oz Silver CHINESE ANCIENT MYTHICAL CREATURES Yin Yang 1000 pcs!

Coin looks amazing... but the price seems extremely steep. Especially with the fact Silver could well slide downhill further. I'm going to stick with my Lunar's for the time being. I've been a bit lax lately as I've not been able to purchase any with my Wedding taking all my funds. I may grab...

No one talking about the Shakespeare Coin?

I work in Stratford-Upon-Avon and walk past his house during lunch most days. I forget sometimes and walk past. I must be famous all over the world by tourists lol.

Coin collecting in the US may not be on the wain afterall...

Does not interest me in the slightest. If one is cheap in a year or so then i may purchase one. If not... not bothered. Plenty of other gold coins i'd love to have.

These will be on eeBay soon :)

I'm happy to but for $100 then ask of a reward for return :) On a serious note. This is ridiculous and proves no one can have anything nice. Nor have it on show, for the fear of a scumbag stealing it! In the end, there will be nothing on show.

Very itchy fingers and no capital to sooth my urge!

I'm back. I can't help myself... If i don't log on here then i'll somehow end up on the Perth mint... or the Canadian mint like the other day. No idea how I got there from searching a SQL statement. I think it might have been one of those retched adverts that linger at the top sucking your soul...
