375 is 9 carat gold, or 37.5% gold ZRE and AGR would then be the maker's mark of the jewelling company that produced it. Pictures might help too

Just had a look through the sellers page and it looks like they are selling these coins with all denominations, so I'd say they are. If they bought these in bulk then there's also be a chance to get it at a bulk rate, I believe.

They're being sold as a part of the annual proof/uncirculated set, I'm not sure whether they'll reach circulation or not though
