Out of interest, where do they get their "List Price" for the coins they sell? Saying that the list price for the Tiger is: $449.95. Seems a bit of a stretch!

That's entirely dependent on each individual website. All sites will run differently based on a multitude of different factors. Some will be on servers which can handle a lot of traffic very well, others will not. Some will have good measures put in to handle their stock quantities effectively...
